When I connect my phone to my system for getting a dial-up connection, I'm receiving "Bluetooth peripheral device is not successfully installed" message. How can I solve the error using this software?

Download and install the application using an administrator account and launch it. It should automatically begin the scanning process. If not, click the Scan button. After the process is finished, check the box next to Bluetooth driver, click the Fix Now button and follow the provided instructions.
However, I suggest you solve the Bluetooth problem using Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center. After you download and install the application, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Expand the Unknown Device list, right-click the Bluetooth Peripheral Device option and click Update Driver Software. Select the Browse option, click Let Me Pick from a List of Device Drivers on my computer, press Bluetooth Radio, choose Microsoft Corporation and then the latest version of Windows Mobile-Based Device Support. Click Next and follow the provided instructions. For further details, check the Microsoft Support page.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, select the ParetoLogic DriverCure program and then click Remove.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
